FAQ
What is your printing process?
I use a 11-colour Giclée printing process, a fine art, high-quality process used by museums and artists to get the brightest colours and high fidelity details on thick, quality paper. This printing process ensures that we deliver a much higher quality product than the common 4-colour CMYK process you can find everywhere. I print locally in Melbourne at Hound & Bone Studio, to support passionate local businesses.
What is the currency on the website?
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars.
Are you open to collaboration and events?
Collaborations, commission work or events are more than welcome, send me a line so I can figure out the nitty gritties.
I would like a variation of an existing product or I have a special request.
Let me know! I can’t alter every artwork to fit everybody's taste but collaboration is also a great source of inspiration and discovery. I’m drawing to make people happy, so let’s discuss and see what we can do together. I’m also taking commissioned work. Further fees may apply depending on the complexity of your request.
Refund & return policy
As a small business, I generally don’t accept returns unless under exceptional circumstances.
Please note:
Any marks, creases, stains, or alterations caused during delivery or by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
I package all art prints carefully using custom packaging and reinforced backing boards to ensure they stay flat and protected during shipping.
Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received—unused and undamaged.
I do not offer refunds for damaged prints, and by ordering from overseas, you acknowledge that some minor damage in transit is possible and not my responsibility.
If you accidentally ordered duplicates (e.g. two of the same print), please get in touch—I may be able to refund the extra item.
Shipping options and time
I ship from Melbourne to anywhere in the world. Each art print is carefully packaged with reinforced backing to ensure it stays flat and protected during transit. Orders are dispatched promptly with standard shipping, so they reach you as quickly as possible. I'm just as excited as you are to see these prints in your hands—and on your walls—and I hope the wait won’t be too long.
What if my print is damaged?
Each print is packaged with care, using custom packaging and reinforced backing boards to keep it flat and protected during shipping. I treat every piece with love, and they leave my studio in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, any damage that occurs during shipping is beyond my control, and I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases. That said, rest assured—so far, none of my customers have reported any damage in transit.
Is your payment process secure?
I use Etsy payment and Stripe to process payments, a highly secure and well-renowned payment processor used by many online shops.
Where are you based now?
I'm based in Melbourne, on the faraway and beautiful land of Australia. Come say hi someday—we’ve got the best coffee, smashed avo for brekkie, and some truly awesome yoga studios.
